This study aims to describe how the principal in overcoming or controlling conflicts that occur Muhammadiyah Delanggu Vocational High School Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia, is by using Islamic emotional intelligence. research a case qualitative approach. The subject of this Principal (SMK) Indonesia. indicates principle conflict his intelligence quite good. illustrated way school solves existing problems emotions so he does not arbitrarily decide cases occur, but holding collegial collective and being able recognize other people's (empathy) respecting feelings subordinates reprimand them, directly on spot deliberation first. maintain institution's good name neither party gains nor loses.
